Cabinet hardware courier service gets missing hinges, slides, handles and other prepared fittings from a supplier to the installation crew. WTM Logistics can arrange the collection so an installer does not have to leave the job simply to retrieve a released order.

The useful delivery is the correct hardware for the specific installation—not just a box marked “cabinet parts.”

Request a hardware pickup with the supplier reference, package details and the crew’s receiving location.

Confirm the supplier’s order before releasing it

Give the supplier the exact part number, finish and quantity approved for the job. Where left- and right-hand components or different lengths are involved, the supplier and installer should confirm the selection before transportation.

WTM collects the prepared order; the courier is not selecting substitute hardware at the counter. Provide the purchase-order or release reference and the name of the supplier contact who has the goods ready.

For several installation jobs, ask the supplier to keep each job’s fittings together and clearly identified.

Pack small fittings as complete job kits

Secure handles, screws and other loose pieces in suitable labelled inner packaging, then place them in a transport-ready outer carton. Protect finished surfaces so loose metal pieces do not move freely against them.

Keep long drawer slides or rails identified separately when they do not fit the carton. Record the complete outer-package count, including any tube or long box.

An installer should be able to distinguish a complete released kit from the remainder of an order still on backorder.

Send the courier to the crew, not an old site address

Confirm where the installer will actually be when the goods arrive. Include the site name, unit or suite and a receiving telephone number.

For an occupied home or managed commercial property, arrange an authorised receiver and suitable handoff. The delivery should not depend on entering an unattended installation area or leaving parts with someone unfamiliar with the job.

A missing hinge needed to finish today’s work has a different deadline from hardware for next week’s installation. WTM can assess scheduled courier service or urgent direct transport around that requirement.

Keep the purchase and delivery records connected

Use the WTM Customer Portal to request the shipment, review the quote and make payment. Follow the active shipment with live GPS tracking and retrieve the available POD and invoice.

Keep the supplier’s order reference in your job record. That makes it easier to connect the purchased fittings, courier movement and installation work without searching through unrelated messages.

Installation businesses with repeated supplier runs can discuss 10% off recurring shipments.

Can unused fittings go back to the supplier?

Yes, arrange the supplier’s return authorisation first. Identify the accepted goods and return destination, then book the collection as a separate movement.

Keep the crew installing while the parts travel. Call 587-316-2639 for WTM cabinet-hardware delivery.
