WTM offers two ways to make business shipping more economical: up to 25% off eligible services through a funded credit account, and 10% off recurring shipments. The right starting point is how you buy transportation: funding upcoming deliveries, arranging a repeat schedule, or quoting an occasional shipment.
The largest headline percentage is not the whole decision. Compare the actual service, applicable saving and payment arrangement for the work you need done.
Ask WTM to quote your shipping pattern, including your regular routes and upcoming orders.
| Your situation | Offer to discuss | What to review |
|---|---|---|
| You can fund upcoming shipping ahead of time | Prepaid credit: up to 25% off eligible services | Service eligibility, account funding and the quoted saving |
| You need a repeating collection and delivery arrangement | 10% off recurring shipments | Agreed shipping pattern and the recurring service quote |
| You have one shipment and no established pattern yet | A shipment-specific quote | Route, ready time, delivery commitment and payment |
These are separate offers. They are not advertised as a combined 35% discount. The applicable account and service terms determine the price shown on your quote.
Describe a normal delivery, an unusually large order and an urgent exception. A distributor might send weekly cartons, occasionally add a pallet and sometimes need a replacement component delivered directly.
Those examples reveal more than a monthly parcel count. They show whether the repeat schedule fits most of the work and whether the same service is being compared under each offer.
Use actual shipment details, not an assumed average. Include packed dimensions, receiving arrangements and the deadline that matters to your customer.
For illustration, a hypothetical eligible $200 service charge receiving 25% off becomes $150. A hypothetical $200 recurring-service charge receiving 10% off becomes $180. These are arithmetic examples, not WTM rates or a promise that both offers apply to the same job.
For the real decision, review the quote total and what it includes. Funding ahead also affects when your business pays. A recurring arrangement affects how the collections are organised. Choose the arrangement that works operationally as well as financially.
The WTM Customer Portal lets customers request shipments, review and approve quotes, make payments and access shipment history. Follow active deliveries with real-time GPS tracking and retrieve available delivery documents and invoices.
New customers can request an invitation. Your business account gives WTM a consistent place to manage the relationship, while each quote identifies the actual shipment being arranged.
See the prepaid shipping credit guide and the recurring-shipment offer. This comparison helps choose a direction; those pages explain each option separately.
