Plan around the review appointment
Arrange delivery early enough for the receiver to open and organise the samples. Confirm whether the handoff is at a staffed studio, construction office or client reception.
If a supplier is releasing the samples, verify that every required option is ready. A courier can collect a prepared partial shipment, but the design team should decide whether that is useful for the review rather than leaving the choice to the driver.
