An electric motor repair parts courier connects the supplier, rebuild shop and customer with the components needed for an identified repair. WTM Logistics can move prepared small parts and workshop orders while your team stays focused on inspection, assembly and customer service.
Give WTM the repair-order reference, releasing contact and packed weight when you request a courier quote. A motor’s description alone does not tell dispatch whether the shipment is a small box or a heavy assembly.
Use the shop’s job number on the package and collection instruction. When parts for several repairs are ready, separate the orders inside clearly identified packaging.
Bearings, covers, fans and other prepared components should arrive with the references the workshop needs to match them to the job. Let the supplier and repair technician resolve specifications before collection; the courier should not need to determine which replacement is correct.
Use packaging suitable for the component’s weight and shape, keeping loose hardware from moving against finished surfaces. Tell WTM about protruding sections, unusually dense cartons or anything needing a particular orientation.
State whether the shipment is a component order, a customer’s small unit going into repair or a completed assembly going back out. These have different receiving references even when they follow the same addresses.
For heavier units, discuss 5-ton truck service or LTL rather than booking from the word “parts” alone. Provide the loading and unloading arrangements at both ends.
A repair shop may have a customer counter and a separate goods entrance. Name the correct contact and specify the repair department or job reference needed at arrival.
For a completed customer order, confirm the receiving business is ready to take it. The date a repair is finished is not automatically the date the customer has staff or equipment available for unloading.
Submit the transport request through the WTM Customer Portal, review and approve the quote and complete the required payment. Follow the shipment’s progress, then retain the POD and invoice with your repair paperwork.
For regular supplier collections or completed-repair deliveries, WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments. This supports a planned collection pattern without forcing an urgent repair order into the next routine run.
The workshop and supplier remain responsible for technical inspection and testing. WTM handles the agreed collection and transport of the prepared order.
Yes. State the urgent deadline and identify that package clearly so dispatch can assess the appropriate service rather than treating all ready orders as equally time-sensitive.
