WTM Logistics helps Fairview businesses arrange courier transport for prepared parts, commercial parcels and supplier orders. The service connects an identified collection with the place the goods are needed, supported by live GPS tracking and online shipment records.

This courier guide focuses on smaller business orders. Agricultural machinery and larger freight have different handling requirements, covered in our existing Fairview agricultural-freight content.

Send the supplier order where it is needed

A business may need a boxed replacement component delivered directly to its workshop or a customer location. Provide WTM the supplier address, release reference, collection contact and ready time.

Confirm the packed quantity and dimensions with the sender. The part name alone does not establish whether it is a small parcel or a load needing larger equipment.

For an order containing goods for more than one receiver, identify each destination and its packages before collection.

Distinguish a town delivery from an outlying location

Give the full receiving address and name the person accepting the goods. For a location outside Fairview, provide the physical location, access instructions and appropriate site contact.

That distinction matters when quoting the movement. A business description such as “near Fairview” is helpful context, but it is not the route instruction the driver needs.

Include receiving hours, especially when a workshop or supplier yard closes before other nearby businesses.

Use the service that matches the order

Tell WTM whether the goods support a planned replenishment or an urgent repair. The available scheduled or direct option is confirmed for the actual collection, destination and deadline.

WTM confirms the next-day commitment when your shipment is accepted onto the applicable service. Share both addresses and receiving hours so dispatch can establish the right collection and delivery windows.

Keep the transport easy to administer

Request the quote through the WTM Customer Portal, approve it and complete payment under your arrangement. Follow the shipment with live GPS and retrieve its POD and invoice afterwards.

Historical records help when a similar supplier collection comes around again. For a regular pattern, discuss 10% off recurring shipments rather than continually rebuilding the same arrangement.

Can parcels be collected from our Fairview business too?

Provide the Fairview origin and the intended destination with the shipment details so WTM can assess the outward movement.

What if the supplier’s order becomes a pallet?

Tell WTM before collection. The equipment and unloading arrangement need to match the actual load.

Keep your business supplied without an extra collection trip. Request Fairview courier service or email dispatch@wtmlogistics.com.
