WTM Logistics

Alberta · British Columbia · Northwest Territories24/7 Dispatch   587-316-2639

WTM Logistics can deliver packed air-compressor service kits and replacement components from a supplier to your workshop or agreed technician receiving point. Use a parts courier when the job needs an identified component rather than a complete machine moved.

The service request should describe the prepared goods and where the repair team can receive them.

Keep the service kit complete and identifiable

Have the technician and supplier confirm the component selection. Give WTM the release number, supplier contact and packed quantity once the order is ready.

A maintenance kit may contain several small items intended for one job. Keep them packaged together or clearly identified, with the same work-order reference on any separate cartons.

For multiple service calls, distinguish each order before collection so the workshop can allocate the delivery without opening unrelated packages.

Declare the contents, not only the equipment name

“Compressor parts” can describe very different goods. State whether the order contains packaged filters, belts, seals or other replacement components, and give the actual packed weight and dimensions.

Any oils, chemicals, pressurised items or other specially handled contents need to be identified for transport assessment. This parts-courier request should not treat an unknown mixed order as an ordinary dry parcel.

Complete compressors and larger assemblies require their own equipment discussion.

Choose a practical site handoff

Provide the workshop or facility entrance and a named receiver. For an industrial site, explain the check-in and receiving arrangement instead of relying on the driver to locate the technician within the plant.

State the time the part is required and the time the receiver is available. Those may be different from the site’s general operating hours.

Keep the repair coordinator informed

Use the WTM Customer Portal for the request, quote approval and payment. Real-time GPS lets the coordinator follow the parts movement while organising the service work.

After receipt, the POD and invoice give you records to match with the job. The delivery record confirms the handoff; the service company records the repair itself.

Can WTM deliver directly to the customer’s facility?

Yes. Provide a complete facility receiving brief and an authorised contact when requesting the quote.

Can repeated supplier runs be arranged?

Discuss your recurring collection pattern with WTM and the 10% recurring-shipment offer.

Keep the repair supplied with the right parts movement. Request an air-compressor parts courier quote or call 587-316-2639.
