WTM Logistics can collect prepared auto parts orders in Edmonton and deliver them to repair shops in Grande Prairie. The route supports a practical workshop task: getting the supplier’s available components to the team doing the repair.

Start with the Edmonton collection reference, packed order details and Grande Prairie receiving deadline. Request an auto parts courier quote.

Connect the Edmonton counter with the Grande Prairie job

Ask the supplier to identify the prepared order and confirm the collection entrance and release hours. Include your purchasing or repair-order reference so the booking can be matched with the correct packages.

At the other end, name the Grande Prairie service adviser or parts receiver. State whether the delivery goes to the main counter, workshop entrance or a separate commercial yard.

These details matter particularly when the person approving the quote is not physically present at either end.

Decide whether the repair can use scheduled delivery

A planned order for tomorrow’s workload can be assessed against WTM’s scheduled Edmonton-to-Grande-Prairie next-day service. An accepted next-day booking carries its agreed next-day commitment.

For a vehicle waiting on an urgent component, state the actual deadline. WTM can assess direct courier or hotshot transport rather than assuming the ordinary schedule meets the workshop’s need.

Do not give the customer a collection time as though it were an arrival time. The shipment’s pickup and delivery commitments should both be clear.

Keep multiple repair orders identifiable

A supplier may release parts for several jobs in the same collection. Keep the packed orders labelled with their own references and tell WTM the total package count.

At receipt, the workshop can reconcile the delivery against those references instead of opening every box to determine where it belongs. Larger or unusually heavy components should be described separately so the appropriate equipment is quoted.

Use tracking without interrupting the service desk

The WTM Customer Portal lets the booking customer review the quote, approve it, make payment and follow the shipment by live GPS. After delivery, the POD and invoice provide records for the completed movement.

If the workshop regularly orders from Edmonton, bring WTM the usual collection days and volumes. Recurring shipments qualify for the stated 10% offer under the agreed arrangement.

Can WTM collect from our chosen Edmonton supplier?

Provide the supplier’s address and release details with your request. The collection is organised around the actual prepared order.

Can we use courier for palletised engines or other large units?

Describe the size and weight so WTM can arrange suitable freight equipment. A large unit should not be booked as a standard small parts parcel.

Put the repair first and let WTM coordinate the route. Call 587-316-2639 or email dispatch@wtmlogistics.com.
