WTM Logistics

Alberta · British Columbia · Northwest Territories24/7 Dispatch   587-316-2639

WTM Logistics can collect prepared HVAC replacement parts and deliver them to an Alberta service technician, workshop or agreed job-site receiving point. Arrange the transport while your team stays focused on the service call.

The job is not simply moving a box. It is matching an available component, a supplier release and a technician’s receiving window.

Confirm the replacement component before dispatch

Have the technician and supplier confirm the required item, then ask the supplier to prepare it under an identifiable order reference. Provide that reference and the collection counter’s contact to WTM.

For controls, motors, sensors or fittings, include the packed quantity and dimensions. The part description tells us what is moving; the packed details tell us what vehicle and handling it needs.

The equipment model and compatibility decision remain with your technical team. Courier collection should begin with a prepared, approved order.

Choose a handoff the technician can actually receive

A technician may move between a mechanical room, roof access point and another service call. Agree on a receiving point such as the building’s service entrance or facilities desk, with a named contact.

Tell WTM whether the technician will still be present during the delivery window. When that is uncertain, an agreed workshop or building receiver can be more useful than instructions to “find the technician.”

For urgent repairs, state the arrival deadline and explain the access arrangement at the same time.

Keep component delivery separate from equipment transport

This courier arrangement suits prepared replacement components and smaller commercial shipments. A complete rooftop unit, long ductwork or a large pallet is a different transport requirement.

Describe larger goods clearly so WTM can quote appropriate freight transportation. Booking a parts courier should not leave the supplier expecting equipment that was never requested.

Know when the order is moving

Request and approve the quote in the WTM Customer Portal. Once the shipment is underway, live GPS helps you follow the movement while coordinating the technician and building contact.

After the handoff, retrieve the POD and invoice from your account. Keep the job reference in your shipment description to help identify the transport later.

Is same-day parts delivery available?

WTM can assess same-day and urgent service for the exact supplier, destination, readiness and deadline. Provide all four when requesting the quote.

What about repeated supplier collections?

Set out your normal service area and collection pattern. WTM offers 10% off recurring shipments under the agreed recurring arrangement.

Let the technician handle the repair while WTM handles the collection. Request your HVAC parts delivery or call 587-316-2639.
