The WTM Customer Portal brings your shipping requests, quotes, payments, live shipment tracking and documents into one place. Use it to start a new delivery, approve the price and follow the shipment through to its delivery record and invoice.
For a busy business, that means less time chasing updates and gathering documents. Your online account connects you with the same WTM team transporting your goods.
Open the WTM Customer Portal. For a new account invitation, contact admin@wtmlogistics.com.
Provide the collection and delivery details, what you are sending and when it needs to arrive. Describe the shipment as it will be handed to the driver: one envelope, three packed cartons or a larger item requiring particular handling.
Include the person releasing the goods and the receiving contact. When you are booking a supplier collection, those people may be different from the person requesting the quote.
Document-assisted entry can help bring information from your shipment paperwork into a request. Review the extracted details before submitting, particularly addresses, quantities and dates. Your paperwork is a useful starting point; the submitted request should describe the actual shipment.
Once WTM provides your quote, you can review it in the portal and accept or decline it. Check the collection point, destination, shipment details and agreed service—not only the amount.
Quote approval records your decision on the proposed service. WTM confirms the operational booking and collection arrangement. That keeps a request for a price distinct from an accepted shipment.
The portal supports online payments and access to invoices. Customers using account credit can manage that part of their shipping relationship alongside their requests and records.
For eligible credit-account services, WTM offers savings of up to 25%. The separate recurring-shipment offer provides 10% off recurring shipments. The applicable arrangement belongs with the account and quote, so you can understand your price before proceeding.
Once your shipment is moving, use live GPS tracking to follow it. That helps when you are coordinating a receiving team or answering a customer’s question about an incoming order.
After delivery, use the POD to confirm the handoff. Tracking explains the movement; the proof of delivery records its completion. Neither requires you to rebuild the shipment story from a series of unrelated messages.
Your account gives you access to the shipment’s bill of lading, proof of delivery and invoice as those documents become available. A bill of lading is available for printing when issued. The POD follows the completed delivery; an invoice follows the billing process.
Historical shipments remain useful after the goods have arrived. Refer to previous destinations, shipment details and documents when investigating an old delivery or preparing a new request.
It supports WTM customers managing business shipments, whether the immediate task is one delivery or an ongoing shipping arrangement. Request an invitation to get started.
No. The customer portal is where you manage your WTM requests and records. Software integration is a separate subject covered in our existing integration guide.
Your next shipment, quote and delivery record belong together. Request portal access at admin@wtmlogistics.com, or send WTM a courier request.
